Qualifications

• Valid professional driving licence with a clean record.
• 2–3 years driving/transportation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic conditions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Reliability and punctuality in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles in line with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Transport clients, staff, and goods to designated destinations safely and on schedule.
• Act as liaison between the company and external partners, clients, and service providers.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics for various departments.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and journey logs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and roadworthiness.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Assist with administrative duties including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
