Qualifications

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Professional Driver's License; appropriate codes for company vehicles.
• At least 2 years of driving experience; familiarity with routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and management.
• Deliver and pick up documents, permits, checks, and other company-related items.
• Assist in processing transactions with government agencies, banks, and utility companies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Assist with other administrative or messenger-related tasks as assigned.

About the role

The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and company documents to various locations. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable of local routes and traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and management
• Deliver and pick up documents, permits, checks, and other company-related items
• Assist in processing transactions with government agencies, banks, and utility companies
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles

About you

• High school graduate or vocational graduate
• Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes / DL Codes appropriate for company vehicles)
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Physically fit and willing to travel as needed
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as a company driver for a real estate, construction, or corporate company (preferred)
• Knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and basic maintenance (preferred)
