Safely transport staff, clients, and company goods to designated destinations, ensuring comfort, security, and efficiency at all times.
Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the vehicle, addressing both interior and exterior concerns to maintain cleanliness, order, and presentability.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicle condition (oil, water, brakes, lights, tire pressure) and promptly report any issues for corrective action.
Ensure all vehicle documents, including registration, insurance, and permits, are complete, valid, and up to date.
Follow assigned routes and schedules with strict adherence to punctuality and efficiency.
Accurately and securely deliver documents, parcels, or goods, obtaining proper acknowledgment when required.
Observe all traffic regulations, driving rules, and company safety policies at all times.
Immediately report any accidents, violations, or vehicle-related concerns to the designated supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and other required logs.
Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational reliability.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with passengers, clients, and external parties.
Perform additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
At least a High School Diploma or completion of a relevant short vocational course.
Valid Professional Driver’s License covering both manual and automatic transmission (Restriction Codes B, B1 & B2).
Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
Good knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and alternative routes to ensure efficient transport.
Physically fit, with the stamina to handle extended driving hours if required.
Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and safety checks.
Experience providing transport services in a corporate, executive, or client-facing setting.
Knowledge of basic auto mechanics and troubleshooting, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate timely repairs.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, maintaining professionalism when dealing with staff, clients, and external partners.
