Job summary

Arbeit Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Lending (ACBS) SME to support a major Core Banking Transformation program. You will work hands-on with ACBS and lead commercial lending transformation initiatives.

You will drive requirements analysis, design To-Be solutions, and support loan origination, servicing, and go-live activities alongside business stakeholders and platform vendors.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience with Core Banking Transformation programs.
Hands-on ACBS experience in lending projects.
Experience with GL, accounting, and reconciliation integrations.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements analysis and To-Be solution design for commercial lending processes.
Support loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment workflows.
Define integrations between ACBS, GL, accounting, and payment systems.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform vendors.
Support SIT, UAT, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities.
