Job summary

Legora is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist in its Stockholm office to build scalable operational infrastructure for the legal function and wider organization. You will own knowledge databases, drive platform integrations, and implement governance across contracts, policies, and playbooks.

You will partner with Legal, People, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to streamline processes and reduce friction, while maintaining strong risk controls in a fast-growing, international

Qualifications

2–5 years in legal operations or contract management.
Strong English, additional European languages are a plus.
Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture.
Experience building or integrating legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

Own the design and build-out of internal legal knowledge databases.
Drive integrations between Legora platform and internal systems (CLM, CRM, HRIS, finance).
Establish and maintain contract management infrastructure and metadata schemas.
Design cross-functional handoff protocols to surface terms to Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
Partner with Legal, People, and Operations to drive process improvements and governance.
Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation for international scaling.
