Job summary

San Miguel Global Power in Pasig is seeking a seasoned Legal Officer for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide legal consulting, corporate housekeeping, and contract-law support to SMGP's operations.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Laws (J.D.), have passed the Philippine Bar, and bring at least six years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal advisory. This role also requires excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor), specializing in corporate, labor, or commercial law.
• Passed the Philippine Bar Examination (PBE).
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
