Job summary

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. invites a Bar Passer with at least 2 years of post-qualification legal experience to join our in-house legal team in Pasig.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners; conduct legal research; provide counsel on labor, litigation, commercial, and data privacy matters; and help with risk and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bar Passer with at least 2 years post-qualification legal experience in labor, litigation, commercial, and data privacy.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related agreements with clients, vendors, suppliers, and key partners.
• Develop contract templates and other relevant agreements and forms.
• Undertakes research, drafts, and reviews pleadings, legal opinions, and advisories.
• Represent the business in administrative, labor, and litigation proceedings, providing internal legal support.
• Collaborate with and counsel other departments on risk and compliance issues.
• Monitor and oversee externally and internally handled cases and concerns.
• Provide general corporate housekeeping services to the businesses.

• Collaborate with and provide guidance and counsel to other departments in investigating, addressing, and resolving various risk and compliance issues of the businesses.
• Monitor, supervise, and oversee externally and internally handled cases and concerns.
• Provide general corporate housekeeping services to the businesses.
