Job summary

Remotify Inc. is seeking a remote, home-based intake specialist who will be the first voice potential US clients hear. You will gather background, qualify leads, and schedule consultations with the Intake Manager for a US law firm.

You will also log outcomes with the SSA on unpaid attorney fees and benefits, while maintaining strict confidentiality. You should have at least 2 years in a US-facing voice role, comfortable with government agencies, and a clear neutral English accent.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with government agencies and handling holds, transfers and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Job description

Position Summary:

You will be the first voice prospective clients hear when they call a US law firm. You will speak with prospects, gather their background, book them in with the Intake Manager, and follow up with the Social Security Administration on unpaid attorney fees and benefits. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to learn a specialist area of US law.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, many of them in the southern United States, and gather their background and case details
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with the Intake Manager
• Call the Social Security Administration to follow up on unpaid attorney fees and benefit payments, and log the outcomes
• Handle confidential information, including medical records and Social Security Numbers, with complete discretion
• Cover the phones for general day-to-day calls and transfer calls to the right person
• Keep accurate notes in the firm’s intake and case systems

• At least 2 years of experience in a US-facing voice role, ideally supporting healthcare, insurance, or legal accounts
• Comfortable communicating with government agencies and remaining patient through holds, transfers, and follow-ups
