We are looking for a first-class Legal Practice Assistant to provide white glove support service to our firm's partners and attorneys. By gaining a deep understanding of each partner's practice, you will support them to execute on client matters, run the administrative engine behind the work, coordinate with stakeholders across the firm, and help ensure our business and our clients' goals are achieved.
We are looking for someone who is curious and practical in using AI and technology to improve day-to-day work, streamline processes and support attorneys more efficiently.
This is a broad role for someone who wants more than calendar management. Alongside core executive support, you will work on documents, matter coordination, process and project management. As we scale, we are adding elite talent to this team.
