As the Executive, Legal, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance in the review, drafting, proofreading of contracts, managing routine legal requests, and maintaining meticulous corporate records. You will assist with due diligence, contract administration, corporate record keeping, KYC/AML documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties. You will also provide administrative support for legal, compliance and corporate secretarial matters, and assist in ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of legal and governance matters.
Assist with legal work, including drafting, reviewing, proofreading contracts and routine legal requests.
Support due diligence activities, including verification of authorisation letters, reviewing and organising corporate, contractual and compliance documents.
Ensure all legal documentation and corporate records are maintained accurately.
Maintain and update a contract database or repository to track key dates including renewals, expiry dates and follow-up actions.
Provide administrative support for legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters.
Manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation requests from banks or external partners.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on legal and documentation matters.
Assist in preparing and coordinating board / shareholder resolutions, minutes, announcements and related governance documents, where required.
Support the Senior Manager, Legal and act as a backup during periods of leave when required.
To support the Senior Manager, Legal in any other ad-hoc duties.
Diploma/Degree in Law from a recognised institution
Up to 3 years of relevant legal, compliance, and administrative experience
