Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong drafting and research skills

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate compliance and legal support for the PH entity
• Draft, review, and revise routine legal documents including vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
• Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies for corporate maintenance and compliance
• Maintain accurate and well-organized legal records, contracts, and corporate documents
• Support PEZA, BOI, and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Mentor junior team members and lead onboarding on legal processes and systems
• Escalate complex matters to the General Counsel with sound judgment

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Philippine lawyer with strong in-house experience to join the Revolve legal team as Corporate Counsel, based in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines. This role serves as the on-the-ground legal and corporate secretarial resource for Revolve's Philippine subsidiary, handling SEC and BIR compliance, corporate maintenance, contract drafting and review, and coordination with external counsel and government agencies. The position reports to the U.S.-based General Counsel and works in close partnership with the Corporate Secretary of RVLV PH. In addition to legal and compliance responsibilities, this role carries leadership accountability within the PH legal function, including mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of escalation on compliance and corporate matters. This position is suited for an experienced corporate lawyer who has passed the Philippine Bar, has substantial in-house experience, and is ready to operate independently with significant ownership over local legal, compliance, and team leadership matters.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Compliance & Legal Support
• Support Corporate Secretary functions for the PH legal entity, ensuring timely compliance with SEC and BIR filing requirements
• Draft, review, and revise routine legal documents including vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
• Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies as needed for corporate maintenance and compliance
• Maintain accurate and well-organized legal records, contracts, and corporate documents
• Stay updated on Philippine regulatory developments and share relevant insights with the global legal team
• Support annual compliance with PEZA, BOI, and other applicable authorities
• Collaborate with U.S. legal and business teams to implement policies and processes locally
• Assist with internal legal training and other cross-functional projects as directed by the General Counsel
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior members of the legal team
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members on legal processes, systems, and compliance protocols
• Serve as an escalation point for complex compliance or corporate matters, exercising sound judgment before routing to the General Counsel
• Champion continuous process improvement within the team, proactively identifying workflow gaps and proposing solutions
• Model high standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy across all legal team functions

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines; member in good standing of the Philippine Bar with current MCLE compliance
• 5-10 years of experience in legal practice, including at least 2 years in an in-house role
• Prior exposure to corporate secretarial work or entity compliance responsibilities
• Solid understanding of corporate registration and government regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity, such as team lead or supervisory role
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
• Highly organized, independent, and comfortable working in a lean legal environment
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail); working knowledge of MS Word a plus
• Professional fluency in English
