Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law; active member of the Philippine Bar.
• 3–5 years in corporate/commercial legal practice, ideally in auto leasing or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine contract, civil law and transport regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing legal staff or external counsel relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and vet all contracts and agreements across service lines.
• Lead collections-related legal actions and maintain case trackers.
• Supervise the legal services team and manage external counsel relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with LTFRB, LTO, SEC filings, and Data Privacy Act.
