The role requires 2–4 years in corporate law, a law degree (LL.B. or JD), strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain legal concepts to non-law staff. Office on-site, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, starting Sep–Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or JD degree required.
• 2–4 years in corporate law or compliance.
• Experience in a law office or legal department.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including service contracts, client agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Research and analyze legal issues and regulations relevant to the organization's operations and industry.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including corporate records, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitor changes in laws and update company policies to prevent legal issues.
• Investigate legal precedents, statutes, and industry regulations to support the organization.
• Handle legal claims, manage external lawyers, and industry regulations to support the organization.
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by Vice President-Legal and Compliance and Assistant Vice President for Legal and Compliance.
