Qualifications

• LL.B or JD in law; must be a Philippine Bar member.
• 3–5 years in corporate/commercial law, contracts or collections.
• Knowledge of Philippine contract, civil, corporate law and transport regs.
• Experience managing legal staff and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and vet contracts across corporate leasing, CD, and LT leasing.
• Advise on contractual risk and negotiation positions.
• Lead demand letters and collections alongside Finance and Operations.
• Manage legal services team and external counsel relationships.
• Ensure compliance with LTFRB, LTO, SEC, and Data Privacy Act.
• Oversee disputes, litigation, and settlements within authority.
