Job summary

Toyota AISIN Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Risk and Compliance professional to support management and monitoring of risk controls within Laguna operations. The role involves collaboration across legal, regulatory, and internal teams to ensure adherence to standards and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and demonstrates experience in risk management, audit, and data analysis, with strong computer literacy and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology, Political Science, Legal Management or Business Administration.
• Preferably with experience in Risk Management, Audit, and Data Analysis.
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist risk management and compliance activities.
• Support fraud prevention and management initiatives.
• Prepare legal and compliance documents as required.
• Handle PEZA registration and clearance processing (eZMP).
• Produce PEZA Monthly Labor Situationer Reports.
• Monitor and report compliance status and improvements.
• Coordinate with team and stakeholders to ensure policy adherence.
