• Coordinates and monitors facility maintenance and related activities.
• Maintains and monitors safety boards and workplace safety information displays.
• Monitors the activities and compliance of registered contractors.
• Coordinates external maintenance services and facility-related concerns.
• Oversees facility waste bay operations and ensures proper waste management practices.
• Facilitates PEZA-related documentation, applications, and processing for facility operations.
