Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses.
• Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required.

About the Role

We are seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. This role will focus on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work for both our licensed broker and licensed market maker businesses in the Philippines.

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses
• Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Overseas education background is a plus
• Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
