Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management is seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. This role focuses on transactional corporate and commercial work for both our licensed broker and licensed market maker businesses in the Philippines.

You will draft and review contracts, advise on day-to-day corporate matters, and work with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate and commercial legal experience.
• Strong English language skills mandatory.
• Mandarin Chinese (spoken) preferred.
• Overseas education background is a plus.
• Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company's licensed broker and market maker businesses
• Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required
