Job summary

Fuku is seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work for our licensed broker and market maker businesses in the Philippines.

Qualified lawyers with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are preferred. Mandarin-speaking candidates and overseas education backgrounds are a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is preferred.
• Overseas education background is a plus.
• Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses.
• Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required.
