Job summary

Horizon Premier Staffing seeks a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a U.S.-based Personal Injury firm. This fully remote role requires hands-on pre-suit experience, strong English communication, and superb organizational skills. You will work with clients, medical providers, and insurers, managing records and documentation from a remote location in Latin America or the Philippines.

The position offers long-term career growth and direct collaboration with U.S. attorneys.

Qualifications

• Experience with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
• Hands-on Pre-Suit / Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience (mandatory).
• Experience handling medical records, insurance correspondence, and case documentation.
• Familiarity with demand preparation and settlement processes.
• Experience using any CRM or legal case management system.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Must be located in Latin America or the Philippines.

A growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre-suit process.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.
