Virtual Staffing Careers seeks a Legal Case Manager to support U.S.-based clients from a remote setup. You will coordinate cases, manage files, handle client intake, and schedule hearings, working with leading legal platforms to keep data accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate has U.S. law firm experience, excellent English (C1+), and bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English. A bachelor’s degree is a plus, and you will work 40 hours per week on US business hours.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 level or higher).
• At least 1 year of experience in management, coordination, or similar roles in a US law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and organize case files (physical and digital).
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage client documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate attorney calendars, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Provide client intake and schedule follow-ups; respond to inquiries.
• Support in legal software platforms (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, PracticePanther).
