• Must possess Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized Philippine law school.
• 2–4 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or regulatory/compliance role.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine corporate, contract, and regulatory law.
• Strong legal writing and research skills in English.

• Draft, review, and summarize commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents under guidance of counsel.
• Maintain the contract database and track key dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Support corporate secretarial work, including board/shareholder resolutions and SEC filings.
• Track regulatory requirements and filings with agencies such as SEC, DOE, ERC, DENR, BIR, and LGUs.
• Conduct legal research on Philippine law and jurisprudence and prepare memos.
• Support due diligence for projects, acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and summarize commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents under the guidance of counsel
• Maintain the contract database and track key dates, obligations, and renewals
• Support corporate secretarial work, including board and shareholder resolutions, secretary's certificates, and SEC filings
• Track regulatory requirements and filings with agencies such as SEC, DOE, ERC, DENR, BIR, and LGUs
• Conduct legal research on Philippine laws, regulations, and jurisprudence, and prepare clear memos
• Support due diligence for projects, acquisitions, and financing transactions
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams on legal matters
• Help maintain company policies and compliance programs (e.g., Data Privacy Act, anti-corruption)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized Philippine law school

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international counterparts or cross-border contracts
