Confidential Careers is seeking an Analyst, Legal to support our legal team in contracts, governance, compliance, and project transactions in the Philippines. You will draft and review documents, manage legal records, and ensure compliance with Philippine laws and regulations within a dynamic energy/infra context.

Qualifications

• Must possess Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized Philippine law school.
• 2–4 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or regulatory/compliance role.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine corporate, contract, and regulatory law.
• Strong legal writing and research skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and summarize commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents under guidance of counsel.
• Maintain the contract database and track key dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Support corporate secretarial work, including board/shareholder resolutions and SEC filings.
• Track regulatory requirements and filings with agencies such as SEC, DOE, ERC, DENR, BIR, and LGUs.
• Conduct legal research on Philippine law and jurisprudence and prepare memos.
• Support due diligence for projects, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams on legal matters.
• Help maintain company policies and compliance programs (Data Privacy Act, anti-corruption).
• Manage notarization, document legalization, and authentication (apostille) when needed.
