Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a qualified professional to contribute to architecture/engineering projects within our sustainability-focused team. You will apply standard and advanced design methods under guidance to deliver technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a degree in Architecture or Engineering, and knowledge of LEED/WELL standards. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for client-facing deliverables and report preparation.

Qualifications

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.
• Using a combination of standard and modified specifications and techniques in addition to those developed in previous assignments for the purposes of solving problems.
• Undertaking and interpreting information, production of designs and computations under the guidance of Senior Consultants.
• At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
• Providing suggestions of information’s to clients.
• Preparing reports and other documentation under broad supervision.
• Liaising with project managers and other team members to develop project briefings and sourcing information.
• Applies technical/functional capabilities to the job.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any other Environmental relevant qualifications.
• Problem solving/analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to independently use basic theoretical knowledge of Sustainability/Engineering principles to analyse, interpret and conclude on standard matters or decisions.
• Knowledge and ability to apply technical standards (LEED, WELL, etc)
