Job summary

SM Supermalls is actively seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue growth across its retail portfolio. You will source, negotiate, and onboard tenants, building strong relationships and addressing their business needs to sustain long-term partnerships.

You will manage lease documentation, coordinate leasing activities, and monitor occupancy targets while supporting credit and collection initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in leasing, retail management, or the shopping center industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
