Job summary

Ortigas Land in Pasig seeks a leasing professional to actively market residential and office properties, conduct viewings, negotiate lease terms, and onboard new tenants. You will maintain positive relationships with tenants, collaborate with property management, and help implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Leasing or Real Estate Sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads of prospective tenants.
• Articulate and with good communication skills.
• Familiar with local property laws, regulations and industry's best practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can start ASAP (September 15, 2026).

Responsibilities

• Actively market and promote available residential and office properties to potential tenants.
• Perform utmost professional customer service with lessors and potential tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate and finalise lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Manage the onboarding process for new tenants.
• Maintain positive relationships with current tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
