Job summary

Radix HR is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant in Manila to generate leads, build partnerships with corporate clients, and manage tenant relationships from inquiry to move-in. You will coordinate tours, explain terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process with strong customer service focus.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed to meet occupancy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills; strong sales orientation to achieve leasing targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or rental management systems.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leasing leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-in clients, and other marketing channels.
• Identify, develop, and establish partnerships with corporate clients, brokers, relocation agencies, and other business partners to generate leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts to secure long-term leasing arrangements and referrals.
• Conduct business development activities, including networking, client visits, and industry events, to expand the company’s leasing network.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective tenants to maximize leasing conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, corporate accounts, and leasing activities using the company’s tracking system.
• Meet or exceed leasing targets and occupancy goals established by management.
• Conduct property tours and present available units, amenities, and leasing options to prospective tenants.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements clearly and professionally.
• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, including application submission, document collection, screening coordination, and lease signing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants by providing exceptional customer service.
