Private Advertiser in Taguig is seeking a leasing officer to oversee the end-to-end leasing process, from applicant screening to move-in coordination. You will manage tenant and client inquiries, conduct property tours, and ensure a smooth transition for new tenants.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a solid background in property management or real estate, and familiarity with leasing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, real estate practices, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, documentation management, and property management systems, with strong organizational skills.
