Job summary

A retail company in Metro Manila, Taguig is seeking a Leasing Officer to manage leasing activities across various malls and commercial spaces. This is a full-time onsite role.

We’re expanding our retail footprint and looking for a Leasing Officer who can manage our leasing activities across various malls and commercial spaces. If you're skilled in negotiating terms, maintaining relationships with mall administrators, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements — we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage lease agreements and renewals for retail store locations
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with mall administrators and property management teams
• Negotiate lease terms that align with business goals and timelines
• Ensure timely submission of lease requirements and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, operations, finance) for lease-related processes
• Track and monitor all lease obligations, expirations, and upcoming negotiations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in lease management, preferably in retail or mall-based operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable in lease contracts, commercial leasing terms, and mall operations protocols
• Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines and documentation
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and conduct mall visits as needed
