Job summary

Xplorex & Co. in Bulacan is seeking a Leasing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead leasing strategies for our commercial spaces. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

The position is based in Balagtas, Bulacan and focuses on maximizing occupancy while coordinating with marketing, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, mall operations, or property management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or mall leasing preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities
