Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support end-to-end rental leasing for Australian properties, from applications to approvals. The role requires strong communication with prospective tenants and outbound calling during the leasing process.

The successful candidate will work remotely from the Philippines, in a full-time day shift aligned to Sydney time, with paid time-off and background checks. Prior Australian property management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the end-to-end leasing process, from tenant enquiry through to application and approval.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review applications and follow up with prospective tenants for any outstanding or additional information.
• Make outbound calls to prospective tenants to clarify information and progress applications.
• Respond to leasing enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with prospective tenants throughout the application and leasing process.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and other team members to ensure applications progress smoothly.
• Assist with arranging property inspections and open homes where required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all leasing documentation is completed correctly.
• Provide regular updates to the Property Management team on the status of applications.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective tenants and clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team as required.

• Service Fee: ₱35,000 - 40,000 PHP per month
• Location: Remote – Philippines
• Job Type: Full Time | Day Shift (Sydney, Australia Time Zone)

• Previous experience in Australian residential property management or leasing.
• Strong understanding of the Australian residential leasing process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using Australian property management software will be highly regarded.
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
• Willingness to undergo a background check

About the Role:
