Job summary

GOLDEN TOPPER INVESTMENTS INC. is seeking an Accounting professional to handle leasing operations accounting, including tenant billing, receivables monitoring, and security deposits.

You will work under the Accounting Manager and coordinate with Leasing, Property Management and Treasury. Responsibilities include preparing monthly tenant billings, maintaining subledgers and SOAs, monitoring 2307s for VAT, and supporting audits with month-end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy.
• 0–6 months experience in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Able to handle high-volume data validation with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly tenant billings based on lease contracts.
• Maintain tenant subledgers, AR aging, SOAs, and past-due follow-up.
• Maintain lease database and security deposit/advance rental schedules.
• Monitor VAT/BIR Form 2307 for rental income reporting.
• Prepare month-end AR reconciliations and support audits.
