Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Lease Management Assistant in the MM & MINDANAO area to support leasing operations. You will assist in updating lease portfolios, processing contracts like Contract of Lease, and communicating with tenants and brokers to resolve inquiries.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to policies, and timely documentation. You will work within the General Services Group to help maximize revenues and minimize risks through proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in updating and monitoring lease portfolio of bank-owned properties.
• Initiates, follows up and secures updated information and documents on lease status and property condition.
• Entertains inquiries on status or updates of leased properties and resolves tenants, brokers, and referror's concerns, issues and complaints.
• Assists in processing and execution of lease documents (e.g., Contract of Lease).
• Assists in evaluation, recommendation, and processing of client requests after leasing (e.g., Amendments, Addendums).
• Assists in monitoring collection of rent and related fees from tenants.
• Drafts notices, letters and correspondences to tenants and brokers regarding unpaid fees and missing requirements.
