Responsibilities

• Assists in updating and monitoring lease portfolio of bank-owned properties.
• Initiates, follows up and secures updated information and documents on the status and condition of the property being leased.
• Entertains inquiries on status or updates of leased properties and resolves tenants, brokers, referrors' concerns, issues and complaints.
• Initiates, follows up, checks and coordinates the processing and execution of lease documents (e.g., Contract of Lease).
• Assists in evaluation, recommendation, and processes requests from clients on concerns after property has been leased (e.g., Amendments, Addendums).
• Assists in monitoring of collection of rent and other related fees and charges due from the tenants.
• Drafts notices, letters and various correspondences to tenants, brokers, and referrors in connection with unpaid fees and charges, and lacking documentary requirements.
