The Learning Video Designer will own end-to-end multimedia production for language teaching solutions in middle and high schools, applying instructional design principles to create engaging videos.

The role requires a degree in Visual Communication or related field, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and a portfolio demonstrating

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
• College degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts/Design or equivalent preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) and other graphic design apps.
• Experience in multimedia production with a portfolio showing instructional content.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and feedback.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Positive, can-do attitude for routine tasks and adapting to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets to enhance learning while meeting project needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and macros to optimize batch processing and quality.
• Provide technical support and fixes for multimedia assets.
