Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an Instructional Video Designer to own end-to-end production of multimedia assets for language teaching solutions targeting middle and high schools in the Philippines. You will combine technical production, digital pedagogy, and AI-assisted content creation to deliver engaging videos aligned with project goals.

You should have a college degree in Visual Communication or Multimedia Design, strong Adobe CC skills, and a portfolio demonstrating instructional video work.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• A college degree in Visual Communication or Multimedia Design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects).
• Experience in multimedia production with a compelling portfolio.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and feedback.
• Growth mindset and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets to enhance learning outcomes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and macros to optimize batch processing and output quality.
• Provide technical support and fixes for multimedia assets as needed.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, managers, and stakeholders; share updates and solve challenges.
• Explore new EdTech tools and trends to keep assets competitive and innovative.
• Perform other multimedia duties aligned with evolving team priorities.
