You will apply instructional design principles, produce and edit media, and use AI tools to optimize workflows while collaborating with designers and managers in a hybrid setup based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of visually compelling instructional content.
• Experience in multimedia production.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to apply instructional design principles to multimedia.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design principles to conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets to enhance learning while following project needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and macros to optimize batch processing and maintain quality.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fixes for multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and stakeholders to share information and update projects.
• Explore new EdTech tools and trends to keep assets competitive and innovative.
• Perform other multimedia duties aligned with evolving team priorities.
