Qualifications

• College degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or the equivalent.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects).
• Experience in multimedia production with a portfolio of instructional content.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and apply feedback.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional improvement.
• Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements.
• Produce, edit, format, and organize multimedia assets to enhance learning.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and macros to optimize batch processing and quality.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fixes for multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, managers, and stakeholders on projects.
• Stay updated on EdTech trends to keep assets competitive and innovative.
• Perform other multimedia duties as priorities evolve.
