Job summary

Moldex Group of Companies seeks a Training Specialist to support Skills Enhancement Training initiatives and bridge performance gaps through effective design and delivery.

You will evaluate training results, develop Seller Programs for multiple sales channels, and translate presentations into LMS-based e-learning modules. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preferred experience in instructional design and Real Estate or BPO training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing / Human Resource Management.
• Significant experience in instructional design preferred.
• Experience in training delivery in Real Estate or BPO setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Skills Enhancement Training Courses to bridge performance gaps.
• Conduct Training Results Evaluation.
• Assist in developing and delivering Seller Programs across Sales channels.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis to improve training programs.
• Conduct New Recruit On-Boarding Training.
• Support Training Manager in preparing training plans for approval.
• Assist in implementing Seller Engagement programs.
• Create and translate training presentations into LMS-based e-learning modules.
