Job summary

You will analyze training needs, design materials, coordinate sessions with internal teams and external providers, and help run programs. The role requires strong MS Office skills, familiarity with MS Teams and Zoom, and the ability to maintain training records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or Communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
• Able to develop training materials using various digital tools.
• Skilled in maintaining training records, documentation, and databases.
• Able to administer training evaluation tools and prepare management reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and prepare materials; coordinate logistics.
• Design training materials and support program development.
• Coordinate sessions with facilitators and partners; may require overtime.
• Develop and analyze evaluation tools; report results to stakeholders.
• Handle expenses, maintain training records, invite participants via MS Teams; create online forms.
