Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, HR, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in instructional design or related learning and development roles.
• At least 1 year in training facilitation, preferably client-facing.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop learning content, materials, assessments, and learner supports.
• Experience in BPO customer service is required.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement; office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Apply ADDIE/AGILE and adult learning principles to create engaging programs.
• Create structured learning journeys, curriculum maps, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Translate processes and client expectations into scalable training solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and interventions.
• Plan and deliver client and program-specific training; monitor progress and provide coaching.
