Job summary

IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Training & Operations Specialist to manage learner assignments on the OnPoint LMS across assigned customers.

You will create and deploy training content, ensure compliance, and monitor LMS results to support employee training programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain LMS resources, and generate regulatory and internal reports for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in training and/or operations
• Experience with systems training and/or LMS management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong software and computer skills including Smartsheet and MS Office
• Experience delivering eLearning and virtual training programs

Responsibilities

• Manage learner assignments on OnPoint LMS across assigned customers
• Create and deploy training content aligned to audiences while ensuring content compliance
• Monitor LMS results to ensure employee training compliance
• Maintain and audit training resources within the LMS
• Provide compliance and regulatory reports on training to stakeholders
• Triage and troubleshoot system and user issues related to onboarding and training
• Manage dashboards and reporting for projects
• Support training programs using eLearning creation tools
