Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training across diverse audiences.
• Strong grasp of learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and training software.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for employees across levels.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Deliver training sessions using classroom, online, and workshops.
• Create training materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
• Collaborate with department managers to tailor programs.
• Stay current with training trends and technologies.
