Job summary

TDCX Group in Iloilo City is looking for a candidate to develop and implement comprehensive training programs. You will design training modules and evaluate existing training effectiveness to enhance staff performance.

Preferred applicants have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with competency in training delivery methods, are essential.
