Job summary

HRTX is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to enhance workforce performance by developing impactful learning programs and supporting leadership initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate will have expertise in corporate training and instructional design, and will work closely with leaders to identify development priorities and implement effective learning interventions.

This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and requires strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or Corporate Training.
• Proven experience conducting training needs analysis and designing learning programs.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and capability development with department heads.
• Design and develop engaging training programs and content.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
