Emapta Philippines seeks a Learning Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence across the L&D function for a leading Australian financial services client.

Based in Ortigas with hybrid work, you will coordinate learning workflows in Jira, manage stakeholders, document SOPs, and support large-scale capability programs while advancing your career in an internationally focused environment. The role offers mentorship from global leaders and opportunities to upskill via Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning operations, learning coordination, or related roles.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, highly organized with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, Jira, and other business systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.
• Process improvement mindset and ability to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Learning and Development team's operational workflow through Jira.
• Monitor work queues and ensure learning requests are prioritized and progressed.
• Allocate operational tasks across the L&D team and provide support during peak periods.
• Review, improve, and document operational processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes.
