Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist to join the Global Learning Deployment Team, supporting EY Degree programs with Hult International Business School. You will coordinate applications, track cohort progress and ensure smooth delivery of online degrees and EY Badges.

In this fixed-term, full-time role (Aug 2026–Sep 2027), you will manage communications with learners, maintain collaboration channels, and help drive process improvements across deployment activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, or Talent Development.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a coordinated way.
• Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint or related collaboration tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review all new program applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Mailbox management for learner queries and escalation of issues.
• Track learner Badge status and report Degree pipeline numbers.
• Maintain Viva Engage and MS Teams channel sites and respond to questions.
• Coach and advise learners on EY Degree documentation processing.
• Collaborate with Badges Administration Team (BAT) and Badges Review Network (BRN).
• Design and update EY Degrees materials and manage Degree Work Zone pages.
• Support Learning Deployment Manager and Lead in priorities and execution.
• Support and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub.
• Contribute to ongoing simplification, automation and digitalization of processes.
• Contribute to improvements of deployment standards and practices.
