EY is seeking a Supervising Associate – Learning Deployment Specialist to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of global learning programs. The role requires aligning initiatives to business priorities, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering high-quality learner experiences across time zones.

The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven learning design skills, with experience in learning systems and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in learning or professional services environments.
• End-to-end project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the deployment and ongoing management of learning programs.
• Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external vendors to support delivery.
• Lead meetings and working sessions with structure and clarity for alignment.
• Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, and reporting.
• Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Design and deploy learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices.
• Contribute to scaling better ways of working across the team.
• Coordinate across time zones and distributed teams for smooth handoffs.
