Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking an EAM Tool Administrator to maintain and support LeanIX within our Enterprise Architecture Management program. You will manage user access, data quality, and self-service reporting while collaborating with Application Managers and the global EAM team.

The role offers hybrid work, a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PH time) and opportunities to develop expertise in EAM processes, data governance, and tool operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool, LeanIX preferred.
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management, IT asset inventory, data governance, or IT service management would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the EAM tool, including user onboarding and access management.
• Maintain and improve application portfolio data quality with application managers.
• Handle EAM-related queries via ServiceNow and shared mailbox.
• Support self-service data access and reporting for dashboards and analytics.
• Create and maintain LeanIX guides and documentation.
• Collaborate with global EAM team on process and data quality improvements.
