Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a senior Continuous Improvement professional to drive Lean initiatives at Tanauan plant, integrating Lean tools, leading cross-functional teams and optimizing operations for performance improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in CI with a focus on production/industrial engineering. English fluency and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 8 years working experiences, 3 years as Continuous Improvement manager.
• Experience leading CI activities and value stream transformation projects.
• Good flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate ability to lead change and work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with strong leadership.
• Fluent in English; local language is essential.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant annual lean plan and identify key improvement priorities.
• Implement TEOA system to achieve Star level plant through improvements.
• Conduct site workshops and VSM transformation projects for operational excellence.
• Drive cost reduction by optimizing efficiency, materials, and labor.
• Lead global lean projects as a member of the global lean committee.
• Act as internal process/cost consultant to assist plant management.
• Promote lean culture and continuous improvement across teams.
• Lead transfer projects to implement and optimize lean know-how.
